Dietary Department
Desert View Hospital Dietary and Nutrition Staff is dedicated to providing you with nutritious and delicious meals.
Your physician will determine your diet while you stay with us. We offer a non-selective menu that will be served to you three times a day.
If you are having food brought in, please check with the duty nurse to make sure it fits within your dietary guidelines.

We offer three meals daily to patients:
Breakfast 7:00 a.m.
Lunch 12:00 noon.
Dinner 5:00 p.m.
Guest Trays
Please let your nurse know if you would like a guest tray, and we will have one delivered along with your patient tray. Guest trays may be purchased through the Dietary Department.
Public Meal Service ( Menus available below)
Breakfast and Lunch is available to the general public.
Breakfast 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
There is no dinner service available for the general public.

Consultation for Diabetes, Cardiac, and Obesity related issues is available with physician referral. Please call for an appointment.
