Desert View Hospital makes an effort to communicate all pertinent news about the facility and its staff in a timely fashion. The hospital's latest news releases can be found on the website, or can be emailed or faxed by contacting the Marketing Department. EVENTS
Each year Desert View Hospital hosts a number of different events within the community. Such events include a partnership with the Nye Communities Coalition for a Back to School Health Fair, held in August, and a partnership with Roseman University for a Community Health Fair, held in October.
This year's Back to School Health Fair will be held on Saturday, August 10, from 9 am to 1 pm. Location for the event will be announced soon. More information regarding the Community Health Fair is forthcoming.
Desert View Hospital is proud to announce the first ever Zombie Apocolypse Run, to be held Saturday, October 26. Partnering with Nathan Adelson Hospice, this event will feature teams of "Zombies" and "Citizens" in a flag-football style race. The hospital will also host a Children's Trunk-or-Treat shortly before the run begins. More information will be released shortly.
